The wheelchairs and Bibles our Wheels for the World teams deliver to needy disabled people ...

Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada, and as you know, the wheelchairs and Bibles our Wheels for the World teams deliver to needy disabled people, those change lives, but that doesn’t mean people with disabilities are free from hardships. Ceasar lives in El Salvador and he received one of our wheelchairs. Although he doesn’t have to crawl on the floor anymore, in his father’s eyes, Ceasar still a cripple. Ceasar’s daddy believes his son falls way short. You know, other dads in the Bible felt that way. When the prophet Samuel was in search of God’s anointed one, David’s father, Jesse didn’t even consider his son a possibility! But God did not look on the outward appearance of David, and does not look on little Cesar’s appearance, either. That little boy knows he’s been chosen by God. So join me in praying for special needs kids and their fathers. God wants all parents, especially dads, to love their children as He does.
