An Explosive Incident

Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada with quite a story to tell! It happened on a recent trip back east. My husband and I were going through a TSA checkpoint—usually my wheelchair and I are patted down with no problem. But the first TSA agent, after swiping my chair, told me it registered 'danger.' And after multiple failed test—oh my goodness—the 'men in black' with walkie-talkies and guns showed up! After 45 minutes of rigorous questioning, they let me pass—but they warned me to wipe my wheelchair down with alcohol before I flew anywhere again. Now, my husband could’ve gotten upset with all the time we lost. But Ken kept a good attitude. Watching him? He had put Philippians chapter 2 in practice where it says “Let the attitude of Christ Jesus be in you.” Today, let Christ’s attitude be in you, too, no matter what the potentially explosive incident.
