The Autism Support Center

The Autism Support Center empowers families who have a member with autism or related disorder by providing current, accurate, and unbiased information about autism, services, referrals, resources, and research trends. In addition, the ASC will provide educational opportunities for families, professionals and our communities; promote networking; increase community awareness; and advocate for services and opportunities.

Autism Speaks

Autism Speaks is an organization of parents, clinicians, and scientists dedicated to finding effective biological treatments, prevention, and a cure for autism and related disorders. This website offers resources on living with autism, education, research, and how to become a part of a local Autism Speaks Chapter. Offices also located in New Jersey and Los Angeles.

National Autism Association

The mission of the National Autism Association is to educate and empower families affected by autism and other neurological disorders, while advocating on behalf of those who cannot fight for their own rights. They educate society that autism is not a lifelong incurable genetic disorder but one that is biomedically definable and treatable, raising public and professional awareness of environmental toxins as causative factors in neurological damage that often results in an autism or related diagnosis. They encourage those in the autism community never to give up in their search to help their loved ones reach their full potential, funding efforts toward this end through appropriate research. 

Autism Society of America

The mission of the Autism Society of America is to promote lifelong access and opportunities for persons within the autism spectrum and their families; also, to promote them be fully included, participating members of their communities through advocacy, public awareness, education, and research related to autism.

Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism

The foundation’s mission is to aid financially disadvantaged families who need assistance in caring for their children with autism; to fund clearinghouse and communications center for new programs and services developed for individuals with autism. Families for Early Autism Treatment

FEAT is a non-profit organization of parents and professionals, designed to help families with autistic children or who have pervasive developmental disorder. It offers a network of support where families can meet each other and discuss issues surrounding autism and treatment options.

Holly Rod4 Kids Foundation

Founded by Actress Holly Robinson Peete, board member of Autism Speaks, & husband, former NFL quarterback Rodney Peete, dedicated to helping children with autism find access to affordable treatments. Resources include state by state resources guides, traditional to innovative therapies, financial and legal information sibling support, camps and supplies.
